I could not reproduce the issue in:

Version: 24.2.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 420(Build:2)
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: pt-BR (pt_BR.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 4:24.2.3~rc2-0ubuntu0.23.10.1~lo1
Calc: threaded

I opened the file, selected the whole line "Fig. 4..." and Ctrl-C worked just fine.

Let's wait and see if anyone else can reproduce this.

I upgraded LibreOffice to

Version: 24.2.3.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 433d9c2ded56988e8a90e6b2e771ee4e6a5ab2ba
CPU threads: 20; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 22631; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: it-IT (it_IT); UI: it-IT
Calc: threaded

and I confirm that the bug is no longer there.
