Description: It would be nice (for those of us who regularly collaborate on documents) to be able to format our comments individually (to help make them better stand out from other user's comments). Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add comment 2.Click drop-down 3. Select Format All Comments Actual Results: Users can format all comments in the document. Expected Results: It would be nice if there was an option for Format Comments (that would only format the user's comments and not all comments). Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: This would enhance the collaboration of documents.
Hi Jack Comments by different users are already assigned a different colour. For that to work, you need to have some detailed filled into Tools > Options > LibreOffice > User Data. But I understand you are asking for a function to format only your own comments. I'm wondering if the new functionality of using paragraph styles in comments covers your use case, see the release notes: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/24.2 That was the fix for bug 103064. I guess one would have to think about it early in the process, assigning a custom style to their own comments, to then be able to change them all at once. What do you think?
(you can test the new feature with a daily build, which installs in parallel: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html)
