- Which version did you update from? - How did you update? - Do you get a crash report dialog after the crash? If so, could you please share a link to a crash report? - Can you please test the recently released 24.2.3? Thank you! updated from version 24.2.1.1 as far as I know No crash report, not even one. The program just shuts down after being completely unresponsive update was automatically done I will try to test the recently released version. But since updating from autumn of 2023 I have the problem, that I often can´t work on my files. They would only get saved on my admin account. But since this last update, even on the admin account Libre Office does not respond at all. I suddenly cannot even open any of the files. I reported the other bug some time ago, but literally nothing happend. The strange thing is, that I didn´t change anything on my computer. This happened suddenly and without warning. I´ll try to download the newest version anyway. For the time being I changed back to Open Office which works properly. Nevertheless I really would prefer to be ablle to use Libre Office instead. Just to let you know: My system is absolutely up to date &and the hard disk is in excellent condition according to HD Sentinel", so this can´t be a reason Please the option to repair the LibreOffice installation on system 'Add and remove programs.' |
