While distributing the height of selected rows evenly , it uses the highest column's Height, and extend the table height. Instead it should distribute the number of rows evenly with in the table height. Simpler terms: Table height should not grow while distributing rows evenly. This function works good with distributing columns evenly. The width is not extending, and distributes with in the table's width.
